6. External Services and Content
Fonts
This website uses the "Outfit" font, which is hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google when the font is loaded.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. The app uses your browser's session storage solely to avoid counting the same visit twice; this value stays on your device and is deleted when you close the tab.
7. Local Data Processing & Usage Statistics
Picsorta processes your images entirely in your browser using the File System Access API. No images are uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server. All image data remains on your local device at all times.
For statistical purposes, we count anonymous events: the number of page visits, the total number of images sorted and how often the in-app promo screen was shown. This data is fully anonymous, contains no personal information, no IP addresses, and no cookies. It cannot be linked to any individual. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding usage of our service).
8. Advertising
This website currently displays no third-party advertising. Between sorting sessions the app occasionally shows a promo screen for our own tools; these are static images served from this domain, and no data is transmitted to any advertising network.
The file ads.txt on this domain authorises Google AdSense as a potential future advertising partner. No AdSense code is embedded on any page at present, so no data flows to Google. Should we introduce third-party advertising in the future, this privacy policy will be updated beforehand and — where required — your consent will be requested before any advertising script is loaded.
